Where deals between companies stall
Two companies in different countries can be a perfect commercial match and still never trade. The buyer cannot tell which producers are credible. The seller cannot tell which inquiries are serious. Specifications are described differently on each side, nobody wants to pay first, and neither party wants to own the shipping paperwork. None of these problems is about the product; all of them are about process.
B2B trade facilitation is the work of removing that friction. GOLDVESTRA does it from both directions: coordinating purchasing for companies that need to buy, and coordinating selling for producers, manufacturers and exporters that need qualified buyers. Where a request touches both, we run it as a single managed transaction rather than two disconnected jobs.
The same logic applies in reverse for buyers, who often have a precise need but no reliable way to compare the sellers who answer. A buyer-side request is structured before it goes out, and every reply is read against the specification rather than the sales pitch.
Buy-side and sell-side, run as one process
Every engagement starts with a request for quote, whichever side of the deal you are on.
Buy-side coordination
Requirements are structured, suppliers are identified and screened, and offers are compared on a like-for-like basis.
Sell-side coordination
Product, certificates, capacity and terms are packaged for the right markets, and plausible buyers are approached on your behalf.
Introduction and negotiation support
Controlled introductions, a neutral summary of each side’s needs, and help aligning price, quantity, delivery and payment terms.
Follow-through to delivery
Contract-to-cargo coordination with licensed logistics partners, plus document checks and settlement tracking.
For sellers: becoming ready to be found by the right buyer
Producers and exporters often assume the hard part is finding buyers. More often it is arriving in front of a buyer with an offer that is ready to be evaluated. Before any outreach, we work with you to understand whether your product fits demand in a target market and what a buyer there will expect to see.
Outreach is targeted rather than mass-mailed. We approach the types of buyer that plausibly need your product, and your details are shared only with your agreement.

- Product specification, grades and available certificates
- Production capacity and minimum order quantity
- Price basis by Incoterms rule, not just ex-works
- Packaging, labeling, shelf life and lead time
- Markets you want to enter, avoid or prioritize
- Documents you can supply and who prepares them
How an introduction becomes a transaction
Facilitation follows a fixed order so that neither side has to take a leap of faith.
Qualify both sides
We establish who the company is, what it needs or offers, and whether the request is specific enough to act on.
Exchange a neutral summary
Each side receives a summary of the other’s requirement or offer, without sensitive commercial details until agreed. A non-disclosure agreement can be put in place first where either party wants one.
Make the introduction
Direct contact is arranged when both sides agree, with samples, clarifications and visits coordinated as needed.
Align the commercial terms
Price basis, quantity, delivery term, payment method and inspection rights are set out in a form both sides can contract on.
Coordinate delivery and settlement
Once the parties have contracted, we coordinate documents, logistics partners and payment milestones so the contract is performed as written.
Both counterparties are screened
Before any introduction, buyer and seller are screened against applicable sanctions and export-control regimes, which can include UN, US, EU, UK and UAE rules depending on the goods, parties and route. We do not facilitate transactions involving restricted parties, goods or routes, and we say so early. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
What facilitation is, and what it is not
Honesty about scope protects both sides. Facilitation does not guarantee that a deal will close, that a counterparty will perform, or that a particular price or volume can be achieved. Commercial terms are agreed between the contracting parties, and each party remains responsible for its own contract, taxes and legal obligations. It is also not financing, legal representation or a replacement for each party’s own due diligence.
What it does give you is structure: a defined process, a single coordinating contact and a record of what was agreed at each stage. If your requirement is mainly a purchase, see international procurement. If the question is whether a market or route makes sense at all, trade consultation is the better starting point.
What a facilitation request should include
Whether you are buying or selling, these details make the first assessment faster.
- What you want to buy or sell, with specification or grade
- Quantity per order and expected annual volume
- Countries or regions you want to include or avoid
- Delivery terms and payment methods you can accept
- Certificates, standards or licenses the product needs
- Timing: when you must buy, or when stock is available
- Anything confidential that must not be disclosed without consent
- Your company’s registered name and country, for screening
B2B trade facilitation: common questions
Do you charge buyers, sellers or both?
Service terms depend on the scope and are set out in the commercial proposal. We do not publish a fee schedule, and the proposal states what you would pay before you decide to proceed.
Can you introduce me to buyers for my products?
Selling-side work starts with an assessment of whether there is demand for your product in your target markets. If there is, we approach suitable buyers with your agreement. We cannot promise that buyers will be found or that an introduction will lead to an order.
How is confidentiality handled?
Your details are shared with a counterparty only with your agreement. Where either side wants it, a non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before sensitive information is exchanged.
How is this different from a marketplace or a sourcing agent?
A marketplace lists companies and leaves the work to them. Facilitation is a managed process: it begins with a request for quote, screens both sides and follows the transaction through documents, logistics and settlement.
Which markets do you cover?
Requests are assessed by product, parties and route rather than from a fixed list. Our import and export pages describe the markets in most detail, and others can be considered subject to applicable regulations.
