B2B Trade Solutions

Six services for companies that buy, sell and move goods across borders, delivered through one managed process and starting from a single request for quote.

Six services, one managed process

GOLDVESTRA is a Dubai-based B2B trade and sourcing brand. We help companies buy, sell and move goods across borders without building a full international trade department. The services below are the building blocks. An engagement can combine two or three of them, and every one starts the same way, with a request for quote.

Nothing here is a product you add to a cart. Each service begins with an assessment of your situation, followed by a proposal for how we would handle it, where legally permissible and with appropriately licensed partners for activities such as freight forwarding, customs clearance and inspection.

The services are designed for companies, not consumers: importers and distributors, manufacturers and exporters, contractors, and trading businesses that need a dedicated coordinator for the international side of a purchase or a sale.

What we do

Choose the one that matches your problem today. The others can be added as the transaction grows.

International Procurement

Turn a specification into comparable supplier offers and a coordinated purchase, judged on landed cost.

Import & Export Coordination

One coordinating party for the counterparties, licensed partners, documents and timeline of a cross-border deal.

B2B Trade Facilitation

Buying and selling coordination between companies, from qualified introductions to settlement.

Logistics Coordination

Mode selection, handover points and licensed freight partners planned around your cargo and deadline.

Trade Documentation

Commercial, transport and origin documents prepared and cross-checked before a shipment moves.

Trade Consultation

A structured assessment of markets, routes, landed cost and risk before you commit.

How the services combine in practice

Real transactions rarely need just one service. These are common combinations. None of them is a fixed package, and the scope of each engagement is set out in the commercial proposal.

At a glance

  • Buying equipment abroad: procurement to find and compare offers, then documentation and logistics to bring it in
  • Selling a factory’s output: trade facilitation to reach buyers, then coordination and documents to deliver it
  • Testing a new market: consultation first, then procurement or facilitation if the numbers hold
  • Running a repeat supply program: procurement for the supplier base, logistics for the scheduled shipments

The five-stage process behind every service

Whichever service you start with, the path from request to settlement is the same.

Submit Requirements

You tell us what you need to buy, sell or move through the request-for-quote form.

Sourcing Assessment

We test feasibility: markets, suppliers or buyers, regulations, sanctions screening and likely cost.

Commercial Proposal

You receive options, assumptions and our service terms in writing, before you commit to anything.

Trade Coordination

We coordinate counterparties, documents and licensed partners once you approve the proposal.

Delivery & Settlement

We follow the goods to the agreed delivery point and the transaction through to payment as contracted.

Three principles that apply to every service

First, we scope before we sell. The sourcing assessment tells you whether a request is realistic, and we say so plainly when it is not. Second, we keep coordination separate from licensed work. Freight forwarding, customs clearance and inspection stay with appropriately licensed partners, and filings with authorities are made by you or your licensed broker. Third, we keep the record: one timeline, one document set and one point of contact per transaction, so your team can see where things stand without chasing several parties.

None of this removes your own judgment. You approve the supplier, the terms and the payment steps, and your advisers remain the authority on legal, tax and customs questions.

Services meet markets and industries

The services describe how we work. For where and what, see our global sourcing pages for the supplier-side markets, the import and export hubs for specific corridors, and the industries section for sector-specific guidance on automotive parts, machinery, electronics, construction materials, raw materials and IT equipment.

Corridor pages describe our approach and what we assess. They are not a promise that a lane is open. Whether a given transaction is possible depends on the goods, the parties and the regulations that apply.

Which service do you need first?

Match your situation to a starting point. If more than one fits, say so in your request and we will propose the combination.

  • You know the product but not the supplier: start with international procurement
  • You have a supplier and need goods moved: start with logistics coordination
  • Paperwork is the bottleneck: start with trade documentation
  • You make goods and need buyers: start with B2B trade facilitation
  • You are unsure a market or route works: start with trade consultation
  • You trade across several countries and want one coordinator: start with import and export coordination

Compliance is part of every service

Every request is screened against applicable sanctions and export-control regimes. Depending on the goods, parties, banks and routes, UN, US, EU, UK and UAE rules may apply. Some requests cannot be served, and we say so early. Information on this site is general and is not legal advice.

Our services: common questions

Is GOLDVESTRA an online store?

No. There is no catalog or checkout. Work begins when you submit a request for quote, and the commercial proposal explains how the transaction would be structured.

Do you perform freight forwarding or customs clearance yourselves?

Those licensed activities are carried out by appropriately licensed freight forwarders, customs brokers and inspection companies. GOLDVESTRA assesses, sources and coordinates.

Do I have to use more than one service?

No. A single shipment may need only documentation, and a purchase decision may need only a consultation. You can add services later as the transaction grows.

How do I get a price?

We do not publish a price list. After the sourcing assessment, the commercial proposal states our service terms and, where relevant, the supplier offers found.

Which countries do you work with?

Requests are assessed by product, parties and route rather than from a fixed list. Our sourcing, import and export pages describe the markets in most detail, and others can be considered subject to applicable regulations.

Explore by market and industry

Not sure which service fits?

Describe what you want to achieve and we will recommend where to start. One request for quote is enough to begin.
