One process, six industries, very different risks
A brake pad, a CNC lathe, a microcontroller, a steel bar, a polymer resin and a network switch are all products, but sourcing them well takes different knowledge. What a buyer must specify, how counterfeits and grey-market goods show up, which documents customs expects and how the cargo must travel all change with the industry. GOLDVESTRA organizes its sourcing work around six industry areas for that reason. Each page below explains what buyers should specify, where the typical quality risks lie and what to expect from documentation and logistics.
Every industry follows the same five-step process: Submit Requirements, Sourcing Assessment, Commercial Proposal, Trade Coordination, and Delivery & Settlement. Our international procurement page explains how the process works in detail.

What every industry brief should contain
Whatever the category, requests move faster and quotes become comparable when they include the same core information.
At a glance
- An exact specification, standard or part number, not only a product category
- Quantity per order and expected repeat volume
- The condition and quality tier required: new, used or refurbished, genuine or equivalent
- Destination country, delivery point and required date
- Certificates and conformity marks your market requires
- Preferred brands or origins, and any exclusions
- The intended end use, which also matters for export-control screening
Where sourcing meets compliance
Industry sourcing is not only a search problem. Regulated and dual-use goods, hazardous materials, used equipment and conformity-marked products all involve rules set by governments, not by suppliers or by us. We look at these questions during the sourcing assessment, so you find out early whether a request can proceed. Typical examples are counterfeit and grey-market goods in auto parts and electronics, hazard classification for chemicals and batteries, oversized cargo for machinery, and type approval for wireless devices. None of these is a reason not to buy; each is a reason to plan before the order is placed. The paperwork and shipping that follow are covered by trade documentation and logistics coordination, and the search itself by supplier identification.
Controlled and regulated goods
Electronics, IT and network equipment and industrial machinery can be dual-use or export-controlled, and some raw materials are hazardous or restricted. Controlled items require licenses and screening, and some cannot be supplied to certain destinations. GOLDVESTRA screens every request and does not claim to be an authorized distributor of any brand.
Industrial sourcing: common questions
Do you sell products from stock?
No. GOLDVESTRA is a B2B sourcing and trade-coordination company. We identify suppliers, compare their offers against your specification and coordinate the trade.
My product is not in these six industries. Can you still help?
Possibly. Send the specification and we will assess feasibility, regulatory position and supplier availability before proposing anything.
Can you source specific brands?
Yes, you may name brands and part numbers and we search for supply against them. We are not an authorized distributor of any brand, and each offer states its source and condition.
What order sizes do you handle?
Order sizes vary by industry and by supplier minimums. State your expected quantity in the request, and the proposal will show the minimum each supplier requires.
