Parts sourcing built around part numbers, not catalog photos
Automotive buyers rarely have a sourcing problem in the abstract. They have a specific one: a fleet vehicle off the road waiting for a control arm, or a distributor who needs steady supply of brake pads in several quality grades. GOLDVESTRA works at that level of detail. You send the vehicle and part requirements, and we identify and compare suppliers, then coordinate the trade from quotation to delivery.
This is a B2B sourcing service run from Dubai, not a retail parts shop. We do not hold stock for walk-in sale, and we do not hold or claim distributor authorization for any vehicle or parts brand. What we do is search the market for the parts you specify, tell you plainly which quality tier each offer represents, and handle the trade paperwork and shipment coordination around it. To begin, request a quote with your part list.
What a good automotive RFQ specifies
Parts that look identical can differ in fitment, material and service life. The more of the following you can supply, the faster we can compare like with like instead of guessing.
At a glance
- Vehicle identification: make, model, model year, engine code, transmission and, ideally, the VIN or chassis number
- The OEM part number, plus any superseded or alternative numbers you already know
- The quality tier you will accept: genuine, OEM-equivalent or aftermarket
- Brand preferences or exclusions, if you have them
- Quantity per order, expected repeat volume and packaging requirements
- Destination country, and whether parts must be new, used or remanufactured
Part categories buyers ask us to source
These are typical request areas, not a stock list. Availability depends on the part, the vehicle and the market at the time of your request.
Engine and drivetrain
Gaskets, timing kits, water pumps, clutches and driveshafts matched to the engine code and transmission.
Brakes, suspension and steering
Pads, discs, control arms, bushings, shock absorbers and tie rods, where material grade and fitment matter most.
Filters, fluids and consumables
Oil, air, fuel and cabin filters, belts, spark plugs and lubricants ordered in recurring volumes.
Electrical and lighting
Sensors, alternators, starters, headlamps and wiring components, which need exact variant matching.
Body, glass and trim
Panels, bumpers, mirrors and windscreens, packed to survive container transport.
Commercial vehicle and fleet parts
Truck, van and bus service parts for fleet operators planning repeat purchases.
Genuine, OEM-equivalent, aftermarket: know which one you are buying
Quality tiers are where most automotive sourcing disputes start. Genuine parts come in the vehicle maker’s own packaging through its own network. OEM or original-equipment-supplier parts are made by the manufacturer that supplies the carmaker, but sold under the supplier’s label. Aftermarket parts come from independent manufacturers to widely varying standards, from excellent to poor. Remanufactured and used parts add further categories, each with its own rules.
Each offer we present states its tier, so a lower unit price is never mistaken for a like-for-like quote. Where a tier cannot be confirmed from the supplier’s documentation, we say so instead of assuming.
Counterfeit and grey-market parts
Counterfeit brake pads, filters, airbags and electronic modules are a documented problem across the industry, and parallel-import (grey-market) stock may carry no manufacturer warranty in your market. GOLDVESTRA does not hold or claim authorized-distributor status for any brand. If you need genuine parts covered by a brand warranty, buy through that brand’s authorized channel. We source against your specification and any brand or part-number requests, and we state clearly what each offer is. Safety-critical parts such as brakes, airbags and tires deserve the most rigorous verification.
Verification before shipment
Where the order justifies it, checks happen before goods leave the supplier, not after they arrive.
- Part numbers on the parts and cartons match the purchase order line by line
- Packaging, labels, batch codes and logos are consistent with the stated tier
- Photographs of the actual stock, cartons and pallets before dispatch
- Sample inspection, or independent third-party inspection, where the buyer requires it
- Dimensions, material and fitment checked against a reference part or drawing when you provide one
- A packing list that matches the commercial invoice, carton by carton
Origins, customs and shipping
Parts are manufactured across many regions. Factories in China and India often supply large volumes of aftermarket and OEM-equivalent parts, Turkey and Europe are frequently chosen for European-make vehicles and certain commercial vehicle components, and the UAE serves as a regional trading base for ready-to-ship stock. The right origin depends on the part, the tier you need and your lead time. Our pages on sourcing from China and sourcing from Turkey explain how those markets differ.
Customs treatment varies by part. Automotive parts are classified under the Harmonized System, typically in Chapter 87 and neighboring chapters, and the correct code drives duty. Some markets restrict or require special declarations for used parts, tires and airbags. Certain items are also dangerous goods in transport: batteries, aerosols, some fluids and airbag modules need specific packaging, labeling and carrier acceptance, and may be unsuitable for air freight. Bulky or fragile items such as bumpers and glass need careful export packing. Our trade documentation work covers the invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin that go with each order, and logistics coordination covers booking and shipment follow-up.
How an automotive request moves through GOLDVESTRA
The standard five-step process, applied to parts.
Submit Requirements
Send vehicle details, part numbers, accepted quality tiers, quantities and the destination country.
Sourcing Assessment
We identify suppliers for each line, check part-number matching and flag tier, availability and counterfeit risk.
Commercial Proposal
You receive a written proposal showing the options per line, with tier, lead time and commercial terms.
Trade Coordination
After you approve, we coordinate the purchase order, pre-shipment checks, documents and freight booking.
Delivery & Settlement
Goods are delivered to the agreed point under the agreed trade terms, and settlement follows the terms in the proposal.
Automotive parts sourcing: common questions
Can you source genuine OEM parts?
We can request genuine, OEM and OEM-equivalent offers where supply exists, and we label each offer with its tier. We are not an authorized distributor of any brand, so parts that must be covered by a manufacturer warranty should come from that brand’s authorized channel.
Do you supply used or remanufactured parts?
We can look into them when you ask, but they are handled case by case. Some destination countries restrict or condition the import of used parts, and the condition grading must be agreed in writing before an order is placed.
How do you reduce the risk of counterfeit parts?
No process removes the risk entirely, but it can be reduced: we compare supplier documentation, check part numbers and packaging, request photographs before dispatch and can coordinate independent inspection for higher-risk or safety-critical lines. Our guide to vetting international suppliers explains the underlying checks.
What information do you need to quote?
Vehicle make, model, year and engine code, the OEM part numbers, quantities, accepted quality tiers and the destination country. A VIN or chassis number helps confirm fitment.
Can several suppliers’ parts be combined into one shipment?
Where it is legally and practically possible, we can consolidate parts from several suppliers into one shipment. Lead time then follows the slowest supplier, so the dispatch schedule is agreed in the proposal.
