Export coordination for producers who want qualified buyers abroad

Exporting is rarely just a shipment. A producer has to decide which market fits the product, confirm that the product can legally enter it, find buyers who are real and creditworthy, agree a price basis and a payment structure, and then get the goods there with the right paperwork. GOLDVESTRA, a Dubai-based B2B trade and sourcing brand associated with Goldvest Horizon Group, helps producers, manufacturers and trading companies work through those questions in a sensible order.

Our export work is coordination, not a promise of sales. We assess your product and the destination, help identify and qualify potential buyers, prepare the commercial and documentary side, and coordinate logistics with licensed partners where legally permissible. It sits inside our wider import and export coordination service and draws on our B2B trade facilitation work, where the aim is to connect a producer with the right counterparty.

Export markets we assess

Every market has its own entry rules, standards and buyer landscape. Start with the page closest to your plans, or send us the product and we will tell you which market looks most workable.

Export from Iran

A compliance-first page for producers based in Iran. Many goods, parties and routes are restricted, so every enquiry is screened before any commercial work begins.

Export to the UAE

A regional trading and re-export hub: conformity marking, Arabic labeling, importer registration, free-zone options and buyers in Dubai and the other emirates.

Export to Europe

CE marking, REACH, labeling-language rules and importer-of-record duties across the EU and its neighbors, plus what buyers there expect from a new supplier.

Export to Canada

Importer-of-record rules, bilingual labeling and the sector regulators that matter for food, cosmetics, consumer goods and electrical products.

Export to Oman

A Gulf market with its own commercial registration, agency rules, standards and port gateways, close to Dubai by road and sea.

Compliance comes before commercial work

Sanctions and export-control regimes (including those of the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada), UAE law and the rules of each destination country restrict certain goods, parties, banks and payment routes. We screen every export enquiry, we decline work that cannot be done lawfully, and we do not help anyone evade sanctions or disguise the origin of goods. Everything on this page is general information, not legal advice.

What export coordination covers

The scope depends on what the producer already has in place. A factory with an experienced export department may need only buyer identification and a review of its document pack. A regional producer selling abroad for the first time may need the whole chain, from deciding which market to approach to following the shipment through to settlement.

Wherever the work involves paperwork or freight, we use the same disciplined approach as in our trade documentation and logistics coordination services.

At a glance

  • Product and market fit assessment
  • Buyer identification and basic due diligence
  • Export readiness: packaging, labeling and product files
  • Commercial terms: Incoterms, price basis and payment structure options
  • Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other trade documents
  • Logistics coordination with licensed forwarders and carriers

Choosing a first export market

Producers often pick a market by size alone. A better first market is one where your product can enter with paperwork you can realistically produce, where buyers can be verified, where payment can be structured safely and where logistics are manageable. Neighboring markets that share standards, such as the Gulf states of the UAE and Oman, can be easier first steps than markets with demanding conformity regimes, although that depends entirely on the product.

Larger and more regulated markets reward preparation. Europe and Canada both put responsibility for compliance on the importer, which means serious buyers will ask for test reports, traceability records and supplier information before they place a first order. Producers who arrive with those files ready save weeks of back-and-forth.

What to prepare before you enquire

Send what you have; we will ask for the rest. A clear brief speeds up the first assessment.

  • Product name, description and HS code, if you know it
  • Production capacity, minimum order quantity and typical lead time
  • Datasheets, test reports and certifications you actually hold
  • Packaging options, unit sizes and shelf life where relevant
  • Markets you are considering, and any you have already approached
  • Preferred Incoterms and payment terms
  • Availability of samples and product photos
  • Company registration details and any export registration required in your country

How an export engagement runs

The same five stages apply to every market; what changes is the detail inside each one.

Submit Requirements

Tell us the product, volumes, target markets and what you already have in place through the request a quote form.

Sourcing Assessment

We review product and market fit, destination requirements, sanctions exposure and the realistic buyer profile. If the work cannot be done lawfully, we say so at this stage.

Commercial Proposal

A written proposal sets out the scope, what we will coordinate, the fee basis and the assumptions behind it. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.

Trade Coordination

Buyer introductions, document preparation and logistics coordination with licensed partners, with follow-up between the parties.

Delivery & Settlement

We follow shipment milestones through to delivery and coordinate settlement through compliant channels, as set out in the proposal.

Export services: frequently asked questions

Does GOLDVESTRA buy my goods or act as a distributor?

Our role is coordination and facilitation. The contractual structure of any transaction is defined in the commercial proposal before work proceeds, so you always know who is buying, who is selling and what we are responsible for.

Can you guarantee buyers, orders or payment?

No. We identify and qualify potential buyers and coordinate the process, but demand, pricing and the buyer’s decision are outside our control. Treat any promise of guaranteed orders from any intermediary with caution.

Which exports will you not handle?

Anything we cannot support lawfully: goods, parties or destinations caught by sanctions, controlled items without the required licenses, counterfeit goods, or transactions where the origin or ownership cannot be established truthfully. We decide at the assessment stage and explain our reasoning.

Do you arrange the shipping yourselves?

We coordinate logistics with licensed freight forwarders and carriers, where legally permissible. They hold the licenses and issue the transport documents; we plan the routing and keep the parties aligned.

How do I start?

Use the request a quote form with your product details and target market. We review and screen the enquiry first, then reply with next steps.
